Kacie’s Cause meets Thursdays at 7 p.m. at First Baptist Church. It is a place for parents, family, and friends of those battling the disease of addiction.
Kacie’s Cause is not a program of First Baptist Church. We are thankful to be able to provide space for women and men who are seeking to support one another in pursuit of their loved ones’ sobriety.
Founded by Andy and Donna Rumford in 2013 after the overdose death of their daughter Kacie, the organization named after their daughter works to save “lives by spreading awareness and education regarding the heroin epidemic that continues to claim so many young lives,” according to the Kacie’s Cause website.
