As part of the Easter celebration at First Baptist Church of Kennett Square, the elders and deacons will be hosting a drive-thru communion service.
If you would like to receive communion as part of your Easter celebration, we invite you to join us for this special occasion.
  • Saturday, April 3rd 10 – 11 a.m.
  • Saturday, April 3rd 1 – 2 p.m.

How it works:
  • When you arrive at First Baptist, park in one of the open parking spots in front of the church (generally reserved for handicapped parking).
  • An elder or deacon (wearing a mask) will approach your vehicle with the communion celebration.
  • The elder or deacon will distribute enough individually sealed communion elements for the number of people within the vehicle wishing to participate in the service.
  • You will then be led in a short service of communion followed by a time of prayer.
  • We ask that all participants remain in their cars and follow all appropriate CDC guidelines to help keep everyone safe. (wear a mask)
  • There is no need to sign-up. Stop by the church during one of the two times our elders and deacons will be available to serve communion.
